The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect. It was just a short walk to the main attractions in the city, but still far enough away to be peaceful and quiet. The views of the river were breathtaking, especially from the room. The room itself was spacious and clean, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our check-in and check-out process hassle-free. our stay at this hotel was a fantastic experience.
The difficulty we had in finding the hotel. The recommended road was blocked and the alternate route was complicated.

We had a great stay! Our room had an amazing view of the river and was very spacious with an extra large and comfortable bed. The hotel is clean and offers good facilities with helpful English-speaking staff. We enjoyed the breakfast and the hotel's location is close enough to everything and within walking distance of the historic city center. Additionally, it's near the Douro river.

This hotel has a great location with stunning views of a beautiful river. It’s close enough to the main attractions and city center, yet far enough to escape the hustle and bustle of the crowds. The rooms are clean and functional with excellent facilities. The staff are professional, courteous, and always willing to help.
The elevator system can sometimes be inconvenient, especially during busy morning hours.

We loved staying here. This place was right on the water, next to a beautiful bridge that made it super easy to walk everywhere. The rooms were clean and comfortable and we slept really well in them. The staff here were amazing and super friendly. We felt so welcome and they did everything to make our stay perfect.
We would recommend this venue to our family and friends.

Our apartment was very spacious with great views over the Douro River. The location was perfect, with easy access to the funicular and bus. We enjoyed the local cafes and the staff were mostly friendly and helpful. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

Modern property with stunning river views, within walking distance to cafes and attractions. Friendly staff with personalized touches, such as complimentary drinks and chocolates. Clean, comfortable rooms with large showers and comfortable beds. A healthy breakfast selection, including fresh croissants and bread. The location is conveniently close to the main area but still peaceful at night.
